Policy on Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled by calling or emailing within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped cancellation request will not be accommodated.
If an order is cancelled, Payment Gateway Fees or Financial Service Fees will not be reimbursed.
Policy on Warranty
- All items include Warranty from the respective brand.
- Physical damages to items are not covered under Warranty.
- Warranty period is as per product/Brand respective policy
- Warranty claims will be governed by respective brand’s warranty policy
Return & Refund Policy
In case the customer has received a damaged or wrong product then it has to be reported (email/Phone) within 12 hours of receipt of the product with uncut video of un-boxing the product.
If the outer packing has been tampered with, ripped, pressed or is otherwise damaged then you must decline the package and reject accepting the package, In case it is still accepted, Customer needs to leave a remark on the proof of delivery (POD) slip that the delivery executive provides during delivery about damaged box or package and make an un-cut video of un-boxing the package and mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hrs of delivery.
Return will be accepted only under the under mentioned circumstances.
1. Product has been returned in sealed condition without any tampering.
2. All accessories packaging and product are intact on return to seller.
3. Return will be first verified by returns team executives of SaveHaul/Seller.
4. Returns request will be only entertained when unedited uncut unboxing video/Packaging videos. Photos and any other evidence thereof is supplied by customer.
5. All return requests are to be reported within 12 hours of package receipt by customer.
6. The final decision rests with SaveHaul & Respective seller on SaveHaul.
1. Refund will be processed only after refund requests meet all the requisite points as per any SaveHaul/Seller policy applicable.
2. Refund will be made in the same mode of payment as used during the purchase.
3. Refund escalations need to be routed though SaveHaul Support/Banking partner and any other party involved in the transaction.
4. SaveHaul will not be solely liable for refund transactions.
5. Refunds once approved will be processed within 7 working days.
6. Refunds will be denied if product serial number/Identification numbers are tampered or missing.
7. Product is found to be used/Damaged/ Installed in any manner.
8. Accessories /product/packaging is incomplete missing or tamepered with.
1. Replacement will not be considered if the product has been used in anyway / Installed/ Damaged/ Seal broken/ Used/ Serial Number/ Identification numbers missing.
2. Replacements once authorized and approved as per policy will be shipped within 5 working days and tracking details will be shared by seller.
3. Product without invoice will not be obliged.
4. In case of brand replacement being in force as per brand policy it will be the responsibility of the respective brand. SaveHaul /Seller will not be responsible in this case.
5. Replacements request will only be considered for verification only if raised within 12 hours of product receipt by customer.
