How to buy a product on SAVEHAUL.COM?

Follow below steps:      

Step 1: Login to SAVEHAUL.COM and Register Your Account By using Your Id and password.

Step 2: Go to Search Bar and Choose Your Product with any of available EMI schemes.

Step 3: Add product to cart & select any insurance of your choice then proceed to checkout.

Step 4: Enter your shipping and Click on Place your Order Review your order, check ‘Loan’ & ‘Product’ details 

Step 5: Review your order & ‘Product’ details.

Step 6: Read and agree to terms & conditions then click ‘Buy Now’.

Step 7: Now you will receive Email for your order confirmation.

Step 8: Delivery boy will reach your doorstep to give your Product.

What is processing fee?

A nominal Fee may be charged depending on the mode of transaction selected by the customer during the checkout process.

What documents do I need to shop SaveHaul with Emi?

At times we may ask for Address / Identity Proof accepted by Govt. The same would be used for facilitating Affordability plans, Smooth Shipment Delivery experience.

Do I need to pay extra charges for delivery?

Can I return the product?

How Long my order will Dispatch and I get it?

Your order will be dispatch within 36 hours. SaveHaul will encourage seller to Dispatch product within 7-10 days of dispatch.

Can I schedule the date and time of delivery for my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to support the scheduling of specific delivery dates and times at the moment. If possible, please be available or arrange for someone else to be present at your delivery address around the estimated date of delivery.

If you are not available at the time of delivery:

  • The courier will attempt delivery again based on their re-delivery policies. 
  • Your parcel may be placed at a nearby pickup location for you to pick it up. Usually, the parcel will be held at this location for a specific period of time. If it is not collected by the end of this period, it will be returned to the seller.

What is the SaveHaul return Policy?

It will Be governed by the return policy of Savehaul.com in effect at time. Return request should be raised within 12 hours of the order receipt.

Can I change the shipping option after my order has been shipped?

You cannot change your shipping option once your order has been shipped out by the seller.

How does SaveHaul handle disputes for Cancellations?

Orders can be cancelled by calling or emailing within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped cancellation request will not be accommodated.

If an order is cancelled, Payment Gateway fees or Financial Service fees Will not be reimbursed.

Upon receiving a dispute request, SaveHaul will investigate the case and come to a fair resolution after reviewing the evidence submitted by buyers and/or sellers. This will take around 5-7 working days from the date the dispute was raised, which may be subjected to changes depending on the reason for return/refund:

What is the Product Warranty policy In SaveHaul?

  • All items include Warranty from the respective brand.
  • Physical dames to item are not covered under Warranty.
  • Warranty period is as per product/brand respective policy.
  • Warranty claims will be governed by respective brand’s warranty policy.

How buyer can file a return/refund request with the savehaul Customer Support Centre?

In case the customer has received a damaged or wrong product then it has to be reported (Email/Phone) within 12 hours of receipt of the product with uncut video of un-boxing the product.

 If the outer packing has been tampered with, ripped, pressed or otherwise damaged then you must decline the package and reject accepting the package, In case it is still accepted, Customer needs to leave a remark on the proof of delivery (POD) slip that the delivery executive provides during delivery about damaged box or package and make an un-cut video of un-boxing the package and mail it to support @savehaul.com within 24 hours of the delivery.

What should I do if I received a different refund amount than expected?

If there is a discrepancy between the refund amount you should have received and the actual amount received, contact (savehaul customer service) for further assistance. Do prepare your order ID and proof of refund received (e.g. screenshot)/Transaction details/Bank Statement to help us look into your case.

What is the process for replacement?

Replacement will not be Considered if the product has been used in anyway / Installed / Damaged / Seal broken / Used / Serial Number / Identification Number Missing or change. Replacements once authorized and approved as per policy will be shipped within 5-7 working days and tracking details will be shared by seller. Product without invoice will not be obliged. Replacement request will only be considered for verification only if raised within 12 hours of product receipt by customer.
